Complicated right?

Well actually it's quite simple. I'll give you an example. Let's say you wanted to open a store to sell computers. You look into your bank account and realize you don't have sufficient start-up capital. Not to mention the countless hours you don't have to spare on research and planning.

Well now with affiliate marketing you can check online and see who has an online computer store. Now you can agree to bring customers to that online store for a set commission for every customer that purchases an item.

That means you don't have to worry about the headache of starting the business. The only thing you have to do is advertise anyway you can think of to drive sales to the online computer company.

Now there are advantages to being an affiliate

1. Don't have to worry about the hassle of precise business planning. 2. No start-up cost 3. Don't have to worry about customer satisfaction 4. Don't have to worry about inventory or shipping. 5. Don't have to worry about paying a web designer or site maintenances

Now do you see why it makes a lot more sense to become an affiliate? Your job is to drive traffic to the website, and make commission if the customer you refer buy's anything. This way your profit is maximized.

There will be some overhead cost, but very low. You will just need to pay for online advertising, and maybe web hosting fee's, which shouldn't run you much

How to Make Affiliate Marketing Successful

There are critical key points you must know in order to be successful as an affiliate marketer. This is a multimillion dollar industry, and there is plenty of money to go around. Follow the secrets and strategies you read in this book and you will be amongst the top affiliate marketers.

One thing to remember is that this is not a "get rich quick" deal. You still have to put forth the effort just like in any other business. Your main focus should be on advertising.

Here are a few tips that will make you successful at affiliate marketing.

1. Dedication - Treat this like it's your 9-5. Know in your mind this is what you want to do, and you want to make lots of money doing it. 2. Never get lazy - The main reason people are unsuccessful with affiliate marketing is laziness. After spending a few hours reading good information, they are just too lazy to put the information to use. 3. Be Persistent - If a tactic you tried isn't working. Try another tactic to increase your revenue, but NEVER give up.

On average how much are affiliates out there really making?

Simply put, most affiliates aren't making the amount money they can live comfortably off of, but don't be discouraged. I will show you the pitfalls most affiliates fall into, and how to avoid them.

I spent a lot of time researching why some affiliates earn around $50,000 or more per month and others make a few dollars here and there.

Well from my findings it's very simple.

The easiest way for me to explain it is to compare it to bodybuilding.

Now when I would go to the gym I'd see a lot of guys who were small in size (not very buff). The next year 98% of those guys were still not much bigger than they were a year ago. Only about 2% of those guys were 2-3 times their size from the previous year.

So why is this? Well the answer simply put is work ethic and focus. The 98% of the guys over that year came in and out on no steady plan, worked out here and there, and most of all didn't focus on there workout.

So what about the other 2%? Well those guys I saw in there every other day working hard, and focusing on their goal. And the next year their goals were achieved.

Do you get what I'm saying? Everyone one has the potential to make massive earnings with affiliate marketing. It's up to the person whether they are going to be in the top 2%, or the 98% who don't put forth a valid effort.

Realize results vary, and fluctuate all the time, so you have to keep with it, and I guarantee you will be successful in the long run.
